ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application
The "wattiz.fr" online shop was created and is operated by the company SARL LSNR.
The present General Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reserve, to all sales concluded by the company SARL LSNR with non-professional purchasers, wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on its Internet site wattiz.fr.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, and in particular those applicable to sales in shops or by means of other distribution and marketing channels.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on this website and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
Unless there is proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the company SARL LSNR constitutes proof of all transactions.
In accordance with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, the content of "wattiz.fr" allows the customer to know the essential characteristics of the selected product(s) before placing an order.
Product offers are subject to availability. Information on the availability of products is provided at the time of placing the order.
Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are enforceable against the users of the site as of the date they are put online and cannot be applied to transactions concluded previously.
Validation of the order by the buyer implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application
ARTICLE 2 - Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, a period of 14 working days from the delivery of the products to inform the company SARL LSNR of his/her intention to exercise his/her right of withdrawal. The buyer must then return the products to the Seller for exchange or reimbursement, provided that the products are returned in their unopened original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days following the communication of his/her decision to withdraw. Damaged, opened, used, soiled or incomplete items will not be refunded or exchanged. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer. The return of the products must be accompanied by the invoice. Refunds will be made within 14 working days of the Seller's receipt of the items returned by the Buyer. The refund will be made according to the initial method of payment, by credit card, by paypal or by transfer.

Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned in its entirety (including accessories and instructions) and in its original packaging in perfect condition, by Colissimo Recommandé with insurance covering the market value of the returned products, to the following address SARL LSNR, boulevard d'Europe, 14540 Bourguebus, FRANCE.
ARTICLE 3 - Validation of orders
It is up to the Customer to select the products he/she wishes to order on the site.
Any order form signed by the customer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question in the cases exhaustively provided for in the present general terms of sale, such as the right of withdrawal and the shortage of stock.
According to the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signatures, from the moment the customer registers his order or "double clicks" on any order form, the customer's order is considered to be accepted with full knowledge of the facts and is irrevocable, both in terms of prices, volumes and quantities.
The acceptance of the order is subject to the payment and collection of the order in full.
In the event of cancellation of the order by the Customer after its acceptance by the Service Provider, beyond the 14 days resulting from the right of withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever except force majeure, a sum corresponding to 10% of the total invoice will be acquired by the Service Provider, as damages, in compensation for the loss thus suffered.
ARTICLE 4 - Prices
The products are supplied at the prices in force on the site, at the time the order is registered by the Seller. The prices are expressed in Euros and include all taxes.
These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, as indicated on the Seller's site. They do not include the costs of processing, shipping, transport and delivery, which are invoiced in addition.
An electronic invoice is drawn up by the Seller and sent to the customer at the e-mail address that the latter has communicated to the Seller.
SARL LSNR reserves the right to cancel any orders on which the prices or availabilities are incorrect as a result of a computer bug, hacking, data entry error or other malicious intent, whether internal or external to the company. SARL LSNR will be obliged to warn the customer, to cancel the order and to proceed, if necessary, to a refund. ARTICLE 5 - Terms of payment
The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed by the Buyer.
In order to pay for the order, SARL LSNR offers the Buyer various methods of payment referred to in the order form, namely: bank card with secure payment in cash, Paypal, Paypal Express, bank transfer, crypto-currencies, by bank card with secure payments in 2x, 3x or 4x. This last method of payment is governed by the contract below and its use implies full and complete acceptance of the terms of the contract detailed below.
ARTICLE 5 - Terms of payment
Le prix est payable comptant, en totalité au jour de la passation de la commande par l’Acheteur.
Pour régler sa commande,SARL LSNR propose à l’acheteur différents modes de paiement visés au sein du bon de commande, à savoir : carte bancaire avec paiement sécurisé comptant, Paypal, Paypal Express, virement bancaire, crypto-monnaies, par carte bancaire avec paiements sécurisés en 2x, 3x ou 4x. Ce dernier mode de paiement est encadré par le contrat ci-dessous et son utilisation vaut acceptation pleine et entière des termes du contrat ci-dessous détaillé.
Les paiements par carte bancaire au comptant sont débités au moment de la passation de la commande.
Toute commande payée par virement ne sera traitée qu’à réception du paiement. Les délais de disponibilité comme d’expédition sont à recalculer à partir de la date de réception du moyen de paiement.
La société SARL LSNR se réserve le droit de suspendre toute gestion de commande et toute livraison en cas de refus d’autorisation de paiement par carte bancaire de la part des organismes officiellement accrédités ou en cas de non-paiement total ou partiel.
La société SARL LSNR se réserve notamment le droit de refuser d’effectuer une livraison ou d’honorer une commande émanant d’un client qui n’aurait pas réglé totalement ou partiellement une commande précédente ou avec lequel un litige de paiement serait en cours d’administration.
SARL LSNR ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de toutes malversations ou utilisations frauduleuses d’un quelconque moyen de paiement qui n’aurait pas été détecté par la procédure de vérification.
SARL LSNR conserve la propriété pleine et entière des produits vendus jusqu’à parfait encaissement de toutes les sommes dues par le client dans le cadre de sa commande, frais et taxes compris.
Le transfert de propriété d’un bien acheté à SARL LSNR par le client à une tierce personne, ne sera pas pris en charge par la société SARL LSNR.
Seul l’acheteur d’origine de ce bien peut prétendre accéder aux clauses des présentes conditions générales de vente.
Paiement en plusieurs fois avec Alma.
Si vous payez votre commande en plusieurs fois, vous acceptez les conditions générales client d’Alma. ainsi que les conditions particulières Alma pour les clients de SARL LSNR.
a) Introduction
Cette facilité de paiement est gratuite et n’excède pas 90 jours. Ce n’est pas un crédit. L’utilisation du paiement en plusieurs fois vous engage d’après les conditions du contrat ci-détaillé. En utilisant la facilité de paiement en plusieurs vous acceptez pleinement les termes de ce contrat et vous engagez à les respecter.
b) Objet du contrat de paiement en plusieurs fois
Le présent contrat est destiné à permettre le règlement jusqu’à 4 (quatre) fois d’achats de biens ou de prestations de services d’un montant supérieur ou égal à 250€ et inférieur à 2500€, à l’exclusion des achats de biens ou de prestations de services en vue de leur revente. Il est proposé aux titulaires d’une carte émise en France en cours de validité au moins jusqu’au dernier jour du mois de présentation de la dernière échéance.
c) Modalités du règlement échelonné
Le règlement d’achats ou de prestations de services s’effectue selon les modalités décrites ci-après :
Un premier versement par carte bancaire, égal ou supérieur au montant total de l’achat divisé par le nombre de versements, par débit du compte bancaire auquel est adossée votre carte. Ce versement est soumis aux conditions applicables à votre carte bancaire et aux procédures en vigueur chez les commerçants.
Une ou plusieurs opérations carte bancaire de vente à distance, émises respectivement à J+29, J+58 et J+87, J étant le jour de l’achat du bien ou du service en fonction du nombre d’échéances retenu, par Payzen, en sa qualité de passerelle de paiement, l’ensemble de l’opération de paiement devant impérativement s’inscrire dans une durée inférieure ou égale à 90 jours… La carte utilisée est celle présentée pour le premier versement.
d) Conditions de réalisation
Pour que le contrat soit réalisable les conditions suivantes doivent être respectées sans quoi SARL LSNR se réserve le droit d’annuler la transaction :
L’offre de paiement en plusieurs fois n’est pas cumulable. Ni pour un même acheteur, ni pour une même carte bancaire.
L’acheteur ne doit pas avoir fait précédemment l’objet d’un litige quel qu’il soit avec SARL LSNR.
L’acheteur est majeur, réside en France et sa carte bancaire a été émise en France.
e) Convention client
L’acheteur s’engage irrévocablement à ce que son compte, pour les dates d’échéances mentionnées lors du premier paiement, soit suffisamment et préalablement provisionné.
f) Exécution du contrat – Incidents de paiement
Toute opération rejetée pourra être réémise.
L’inexécution de l’une de ces clauses du contrat, notamment le non-paiement d’un seul règlement aux dates convenues ou toute déclaration fausse ou inexacte de votre part relative notamment à votre état civil et à vos coordonnées bancaires, entrainera l’exigibilité immédiate du solde des sommes restant dues, qui porteront intérêts aux taux légal à compter de la date de mise en demeure.
Par ailleurs, tout incident de paiement caractérisé est susceptible d’entrainer une inscription au fichier national tenu par la Banque de France.
En cas de non-paiement, SARL LSNR en sa qualité de créancier, pourra après une simple mise en demeure de payer restée infructueuse, engager une procédure de recouvrement à l’encontre de l’acheteur.
g) Attribution de compétence
Tout litige relatif au présent contrat sera de la compétence des juridictions du siège de SARL LSNR.
h) Disponibilité de l’option de paiement en plusieurs fois
La SARL LSNR se réserve le droit de retirer sans préavis l’option de paiement en plusieurs fois de son site internet. Ce droit de retrait n’affecterait pas les engagements pris précédemment lorsque l’option fût encore disponible.

ARTICLE 7 - Shipping / Delivery
Shipping times depend on the type of payment chosen by the customer, as the order is only prepared once payment has been received and cleared.
The products purchased by the Buyer will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering on the website, subject to available stocks.
In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, in particular due to our suppliers, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible and SARL LSNR reserves the right to cancel the customer's order in full or in part and to reimburse the corresponding sums. The refund will be made according to the initial method of payment, by credit card, Paypal, Bitcoin or bank transfer.
The information on the availability of the products being transmitted by our suppliers, the unavailability of the product would not engage the responsibility of nor give right to damages for the customer.
Except in special cases or when one or more products are unavailable, the products ordered will be delivered at once.
The deliveries are ensured by an independent carrier whose choice is up to the buyer:
For Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco: Colissimo 2 to 3 working days, Chronopost 24 to 48 hours, Relais Colis 2 to 3 working days or a carrier with variable delivery times.
For international deliveries: 5 to 7 working days by Chronopost or Mondial Relay
Overseas: delivery in 4 to 8 working days by Coliposte
The delivery of heavy and bulky parcels can be sent by carrier.
Packages are sent on the same day as the order, or the following day, except on Mondays and Sundays (when the company is closed). Delivery times are given as an indication, taking into account the data transmitted by the carriers and do not constitute a promise of sale. SARL LSNR cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the carrier.
En cas d’un délai de livraison effectif excédant 14 jours (hors force majeure, urgence sanitaire ou catastrophe naturelle) à compter du départ de la commande de ses locaux SARL LSNR s’engage à rembourser sur simple demande les frais de port à l’Acheteur. Les sommes versées par l’ Acheteur lui seront alors restituées, à l’exclusion de toute indemnisation ou retenue, conformément à l’article L111-1 du code de la consommation. Le remboursement sera effectué selon le mode de paiement initial, par
carte bleue, par Paypal, par Bitcoin ou par virement.
En cas de demande particulière de l’Acheteur concernant les conditions d’emballage ou de transport des produits commandés, dûment acceptées par écrit par le Vendeur, les coûts liés feront l’objet d’une facturation spécifique complémentaire, sur devis préalablement accepté par écrit par l’Acheteur.
Les produits sont livrés à l’adresse indiquée par le consommateur sur le bon de commande.
Le client se doit de vérifier l’exhaustivité et la conformité des renseignements qu’il fournit à SARL LSNR Cette dernière ne saurait être tenu responsable d’éventuelles erreurs de saisie et des conséquences en termes de retard ou d’erreur de livraison. Dans ce contexte, tous les frais engagés pour la réexpédition de la commande seront entièrement à la charge du client.
SARL LSNR ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de retards de livraison en raison d’erreurs d’adresse, coordonnées téléphoniques communiqués par l’acheteur ou en cas de force majeure (catastrophe naturelle, urgence sanitaire, …).
Le client est tenu de vérifier l’état de l’emballage et du contenu de la marchandise à la livraison. Toute anomalie concernant la livraison (avarie, produit manquant par rapport au bon de livraison, colis endommagé, produits cassés…) devra être impérativement indiquée sur le récépissé du bon de transport sous forme de « réserves manuscrites significatives et complètes », accompagnée de la signature du client, et ceci en présence du livreur. Dans le cas d’un envoi effectué par La Poste ou par Chronopost, si le colis arrive ouvert ou endommagé il est indispensable que le client fasse établir par le facteur ou le bureau de Poste dont il dépend un « constat de spoliation » (constat 170) afin que SARL LSNR puisse ouvrir une enquête et une procédure d’indemnisation.
Le client devra parallèlement confirmer cette anomalie en adressant au transporteur dans les deux (2) jours ouvrables suivants la date de livraison un courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception exposant les dites réclamations.
Le client devra simultanément avertir SARL LSNR en adressant une copie de ce courrier (avec l’original du « constat de spoliation » le cas échéant) à : SARL LSNR, boulevard d’Europe, 14540 Bourguebus, FRANCE ou par mail à contact@wattiz.fr dans un délai de deux jours ouvrés. Passé ce délai et à défaut d’avoir respecté ces formalités, aucune réclamation ne pourra être valablement acceptée par le Vendeur.
En fonction du lieu de livraison, des offres évènementielles et du montant de la commande le client pourra bénéficier de la livraison gratuite sous conditions, ces conditions seront précisées au moment des dites offres évènementielles. Certains produits ne peuvent bénéficier de la livraison gratuite du fait de leur poids ou de leur taille. Une participation forfaitaire par unité est alors facturée au client au moment de la commande (cette information est indiquée en bas de la description des produits concernés).
ARTICLE 8 - Delivery errors - Non-conforming products - Product returns
The client must submit to the company SARL LSNR, at the latest within 48 hours of delivery, any claim of error in delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality in relation to the indications on the order form. Any claim formulated after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.

Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits set will not be taken into account and will release the company SARL LSNR from any liability towards the customer.
It is recalled that the customer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (art 1641 to 1649 of the civil code) and the legal guarantee of conformity (art L211-1 of the consumer code). The buyer may act within a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods. The buyer can choose between repairing or replacing the goods under the guarantee of conformity. When he/she implements the guarantee against hidden defects, the buyer can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the civil code.
Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned within 14 working days following receipt of the return agreement to the company SARL LSNR in its entirety (including accessories and instructions) and in its original packaging in perfect condition, by Colissimo Recommandé with insurance covering the market value of the returned products, to the following address SARL LSNR, boulevard d'Europe, 14540 Bourguebus, FRANCE. All returns must be reported in advance to the Customer Service Department of the company SARL LSNR. The printed return form must be slipped inside the package.
The shipping costs advanced by the customer will be reimbursed by the company SARL LSNR (on proof and within the limit of the cost of a registered Colissimo shipment), except in the case where it turns out that the product taken back does not correspond to the original declaration made by the customer in the return form. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment, by credit card, by Paypal, by Bitcoin or by bank transfer.
If the above procedure is not followed, no claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered products will be accepted.
Faute de respect de la procédure ci-dessus aucune réclamation pour non conformité ou vice apparent des produits livrés ne pourra être acceptée.
L’échange (sous réserve de disponibilité) ou le remboursement sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours ouvrés à compter de la réception, par le Vendeur, des articles retournés par l’Acheteur. Le remboursement sera effectué selon le mode de paiement initial, par carte bleue, par paypal, par Bitcoin ou par virement.
Dans tous les autres cas, le retour du produit sera exclusivement Ă la charge du client.
ARTICLE 9 - Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risks
The transfer of ownership of the Seller's products to the Buyer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said products.
ARTICLE 10 - Seller's responsibility - Guarantee
The products supplied by the Seller benefit, in accordance with the legal provisions,
the legal guarantee of conformity, the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and making them unfit for use, the manufacturer's warranty, depending on the products and brands concerned.
Any guarantee is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Buyer, as well as in the event of normal wear and tear, accident or force majeure and the Seller's guarantee is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of products that do not conform or are affected by a defect.
In order to assert his rights, the Buyer must, under penalty of forfeiture of any action relating thereto, inform the Seller in writing of the existence of the defects within a maximum period of 8 days from their discovery.
The Seller will replace or repair the products or parts under warranty that are found to be defective.
The products sold on the website comply with the regulations in force in France. The Seller shall not be held liable for any failure to comply with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Buyer to check.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation and their use.
The Seller shall not be considered responsible or liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure as usually recognised by French jurisprudence.
All electrical equipment supplied in kit form must be connected by a qualified professional electrician. SARL LSNR cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with these installation methods.
As an essential condition of the sale, it is recalled that the Buyer is solely responsible for the use of the Seller's Products, their suitability for the use made of them and their destination. The Buyer shall refrain from any use of the Seller's Products that would be contrary to public order, to the provisions of the Public Health Code, and more generally to the legal or regulatory provisions applicable under French and European law.
ARTICLE 11: Partial non-validation
If one or more stipulations of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations shall retain all their force and scope.
ARTICLE 12 - Data processing and liberties
In application of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the nominative data which are requested from the Buyer are necessary for the treatment of its order and the establishment of the invoices, in particular.
The processing of information communicated through the Seller's website has been declared to the CNIL.
The Buyer has, in accordance with the national and European regulations in force, a permanent right of access, modification, rectification and opposition with regard to the information concerning him/her.
ARTICLE 13 - Intellectual Property
The content of the site is the property of the Seller and its partners and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly forbidden and is likely to constitute an infringement of copyright.
In addition, SARL LSNR remains the owner of all intellectual property rights on the studies, estimates, drawings, models, prototypes, etc., carried out (even at the request of the Client) with a view to providing the Client with services. The Client is therefore prohibited from reproducing or exploiting the said studies, estimates, drawings, models and prototypes, etc., without the express, written and prior authorisation of SARL LSNR, which may make this conditional on a financial consideration.
ARTICLE 14 - Applicable law - Language

ARTICLE 15 - Disputes
All disputes to which this contract could give rise, concerning its validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences and consequences, will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the competent commercial court will be that of the location of the registered office of the company SARL LSNR.
